Dear Sir/Madam:

            The goal of the Hilliard Track Club is to offer a program for youth of various age and ability levels for cross country, long distance running and track and field.

            After suspending our program last year, we are looking to build upon our pre-pandemic success.  We qualified 24 individuals in 42 events and 1 relay for the USTAF National Junior Olympic Track and Field meet.  Additionally, we had 13 individual qualifiers for the USTAF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships.  We are seeking to defray the costs of operating the program through a variety of fundraising efforts, with a goal of $5,000 for the upcoming season.  We are also looking to continue to offer the Hilliard Track Club scholarship to deserving graduates from local high schools.  Targeted areas of fundraising include the following:

3. Donated items for a spring raffle
